Service terms
What customers should know before using Flashlink.
Accounts
Keep account credentials secure and use access only for devices and networks you are authorised to administer. Responsibility for account activity is assessed according to your duties and applicable law; this does not make you responsible for Flashlink's own security failures. Flashlink may take proportionate action where activity threatens security or violates these terms.
Service use
Flashlink is provided for lawful secure remote access. You may not use the service for abuse, unauthorized access, harmful traffic, infringement, or attempts to disrupt Flashlink or third-party systems.
Pricing
The first five active VPN peers per account, counting Nodes and Masters together, are free without a payment method. Each additional active peer costs €1 per month including applicable VAT unless another written agreement applies. An allocated active peer counts even while its device is offline. The standard plan starts billing on the first day of the next month and renews monthly on the first; peer quantity changes apply to the next invoice without automatic mid-month charges or credits.
Availability
Flashlink aims to provide a reliable service, but remote access services may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, customer devices, cloud providers, or security actions.
Security
Flashlink protects account and service data with technical and organizational measures, but customers must also maintain secure devices, passwords, operating systems, and configurations.
Termination
You may stop using the service or contact support@flashlink.tech about cancellation. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting a device does not remove an allocated peer or cancel recurring billing. Successful dashboard account deletion closes core account and peer records after access and payment closure steps complete; logs, usage snapshots, backups and required legal records have separate retention periods described in the privacy policy. Flashlink may restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create security risk, subject to applicable law.
Consumer rights
Consumers retain mandatory rights concerning delivery, necessary updates, defects, price reductions, termination and refunds. Where statutory withdrawal applies to a distance service agreement, the usual period is 14 days from conclusion, subject to legal extensions. Contact support@flashlink.tech with a clear notice identifying you and the agreement. Starting an ongoing subscription or downloading its client does not automatically remove every withdrawal right. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact support@flashlink.tech about billing, service complaints or access restrictions. Swedish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden at www.arn.se, subject to its requirements. Consumers retain their legally available court and complaint routes.
Privacy and contact
Legal pages should be easy to find.
